Maintenance Technician
Location: Pell City
Job Summary:
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities in the Pell City location. This includes troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining machinery, electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and other building systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and facilities
- Troubleshoot and repair machinery, electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and other building systems
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and facilities
- Assist with the installation of new equipment and systems
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in maintenance or related field
- Strong mechanical and electrical skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in confined spaces
